Review of NETFLORIST

Most disappointed with delays in deliver and quality of product

I ordered same day delivery for a Saturday on the Netflorist website and only once the entire transaction had been processed was I advised that delivery would only occur on the following Monday. This was disappointing but acceptable. Unfortunately this was not the end of the issue. The item orders was not delivered on Monday as promised but only on Tuesday afternoon. To add insult to injury, the items delivered were old, indelible and not what was ordered. Repeated calls to Netflorist have left me totally dissatisfied.
