the service here is pathetic. i waited in the line for almost an hour and i got shit service. After you guys told me that my phone had a softwqare problem and sending me to the guy next to shoprite to see if he cannot assist me because vodacare is going to take twenty one days, i then got a message saying that I neeeed to pay ******** for a water damaged phone. This is daylight robberry as my phone is still under warranty
