Review of Department Of Water Affairs

I called the Department of Water affairs on 14/10/2013 to enquire as to whether they could test my water for bacteria / heavy metals. The lady told me that they were waiting for some contract to be put in place and could not at this stage.
As this service therefore does not exist at this time I would have to say that the service is terrible as it is non existent.
