Review of PHADZIRI BUS SERVICES

My daughter and brother used the bus from Makahdo to JHB on the 10th July 2012, First of all my daughter paid the full price of R150.00 ticket number ******** BUT she did not even have a seat, my brother had to carry her on his lap all the to JHB, before they can even get anywhere, the bus broke down just outside Polokwane , instead of sending another bus, a machanic was sent, they sat in the bus till 14h15 then they were told that the bus could not be fixed they had to wait for a bus from the depot (Makhado). This is horrifying service my daughter sat on her uncle"s lap exhausted and hungry. I WILL NEVER recommend this transport to anyone and will make sure that none of my family members ever use it again. AS i write this the kids are still stuck in the middle of nowhere. The bus left Makhado at 09h00 in the morning it is now 14h47 they are still waiting for a bus. It seems like they will be travelling throughout the night.
