Review No customer service

One year ago I was at exact store Mogwase complex station road North West enquiring about a policy that I want,to cancel.I was told the store does not have a telephone,today I was at the store again I was told there is no phone.I've been spending money for transport and not getting any service.Exact Moruleng Main Hospital road also in North West told me they don't know the policy(Dental plan) I was enquiring about.
