Poor customer service
I am very disappointed in B3 staff, film their Managers to junior staff. Their collections department is there to collect salaries every month without doing what they are getting paid for.
Their head office (Benoni) is so useless. Their phone rings with no answer everyday.
They never respond to emails.

And lastly, why is their directors details not available for clients to escalate their complains since they hired useless people who can't do their jobs.

That collections department needs to be fired.
