Review Still awaiting for my microwave to be fixed

Good day, I bought a Hisense black mirror microwave last year at Vereeniging on the 3rd of July 2021, It had a warranty of 24 months but it just worked for 5 months. When u returned the microwave to the store ,I was told it will take a week or two weeks for fixing then I'll receive a call from the store. I had to call them after 19 days for feedback. One of their sales person said I'll get a new microwave. It's been over a month now and I haven't received nothing. What a bad service they have at Bradlows, can't advice anyone to purchase at this store. Very poor service, that time I paid cash. I have to chase after them to do their job.
