Review WFA Finansiële Dienste - FSB Lisensie no 11039 - Should be avoided at all cost.

I had a policy and savings plan with this business. I immigrated in December 2021 and thus asked them to cancel my policy and savings plan. They did not follow the instruction and instead ignored my request to cancel. To date, I still received deductions for the savings plan. At first, I contacted Dawie Foord to confirm the cancellation of the plan once I noticed that a deduction went through. I thought it was just a mistake. Dawie Foord then apologized and said he will sort it out asap. To date, I have not heard anything from Dawie. I then contacted Marietjie Foord and she apparently was only informed about the savings plan in December 2021 and that it had to be canceled. From there it took numerous emails and I had to involve another financial service to get the issue resolved (which is finally now being processed - no thanks to WFA Financial Services). Marietjie sent me proof that the plan has been canceled and the new financial service provider found out that the policy number that she sent me as proof, actually belongs to another client. To date, they have not apologized for not getting this sorted and there is just really a lack of feedback. I would honestly not advise anyone to make use of their services.
