Poor service
I am very upset and disappointed with the service I have received from your office. On Monday I went there with my extra view decoder that had a problem. They reset the decoder and replaced the smart card. I got home and it was still not working and I had to go back with the main decoder. The lady there reset the decoders again and said if it still don't work then it is an installation problem. When I got home I still had a problem. I phoned an installer who came out checked all the cables and told me there was no problem with the cables and he took the decoders back to your office upon which they reset the decoders again. I have to pay the installer R350 which I am very angry about.. this was unnecessary as this could have been avoided if it was done correctly in the first place...
