Review Underpaid for new stock

Took items to Stoneridge cash converters on Friday the cashier did not even open the boxes and check to see condition of items that were brand new. He only paid R30 per item. No receipt given to me. So he decides how much to pay how does the company know how much he paid me. He could be taking money for himself. My items were all new not even used. Very disappointed with this
