Refund for cancelled travel (April 2020) due to COVID 19 travel bans / restrictions
It has now been almost 2 years that I have been attempting to get my refund for travel booked with African Sun Travel on 30th April '2020 on its Premier Class train from Jhb to CT (which I booked and paid on the 7/10/2019)I cancelled this on the 16/3/2020. In Dec 2020 I was advised by an Africa Sun Travel employee that they had received the refund from Shozoloza Meyl, and requested my bank details to deposit the refund, which I provided. - but then nothing - no refund sighted nor any communication since, not withstanding numerous emails (over 50) from me (unanswered)along with trying to call (also unanswered) -
