Not Honouring Warranty
Within 6 months, my first laser tube start sparking. Needed to replace it at my own cost. Bought a second and got it installed by aim.co.za. From day one after installation it start giving issues. I reported it to the technician, nothing was done. 45 days later it start sparking and they refused to replace it. All installations including the machine was done by them, even the setup. (The machine still under warranty) There is no crack in the tube. Stay away from them!

This is my 3rd laser from them. None of the other lasers was fix under warranty always some excuse....

Am.co.za, Take some responsibility, this Tube was installed and setup by your company, on your machine by your technician, It's 45 days old, if it's burn on the end or loosing power it's up to you to provide customer service and repair it under warranty. All those issues refer to a bad tube, BAD installation, BAD setup etc. And if you don't understand any of this go and read the customer protection act section 56.

You not going to win customers by providing this kind of customer service. Do the right thing - HONOUR your warranty.
