Suspended account
My account has been suspended by after they opened duplicate contracts and when I tried to cancel the other contract they threatened me with penalties. I have been calling the call centre and going online to communicate. I have been given a run around. I don't know what to do now as my lines are suspended. NOBODY seems to know anything and nobody is responding to any form of communication I have tried. You go to Telkom service centres they tell me that I have to contact billing and they log a query and nobody calls. Can somebody help.
