Review Bad communication sales people and promises not kept

On Sunday 22 August we visited the store to look and ye the 22 liter air fryer Bennet read. we spoke to sales person Florinda we showed her the price of Builders R2 200 game price R2500 . We enquired about the 10 percent on the price difference with game promise if you find it cheaper. we then ask about the 10 percent discount if you show vaccination certificate . she told us only valid for Wednesdays we then said it will be fine we will drive from Springs Wednesday 25 August to buy airfryer according to us R 2 200 - R30 Price diffrence R 2 170 - 10 percent vaccination R 217 = R 1 953 . completely differen story today when my wife went to store . She was told you can only get one discount . They even denied that a lady by the name of Florinda worked there . i do believe that it is totally unfair because no where it states that you can only get one discount. my contact details ********.
