Review Huge disappointment

I am taking the time to write this review to save others from losing money like I did.
Despite very specific instructions for printing given, sizes of prints were done incorrectly and the colour of the prints done in the incorrect colour too. Two orders in a row.
Little to no supervision of staff which resulted in items not handled with care and not boxed properly. The result is brroken and cracked items. Chips on some items are a clear indication that items are not handled with care.
This company does not provide any proofs to sign off before they start printing as other companies do.
Very disappointed in the quality of their service and cannot recommend them to any customers out there.
