Oh Boy.... Let me start by saying that I should have done my research and that's on me but the rest no... My story began when I booked my phone in for a screen repair. A certain service consultant told me that it would take 3-5 weeks for it to repaired... I said it was really long... he said unfortunately that's their policy...and I would need to follow up with their shop in Potch for repairs insurance etc...but that I would receive an sms when it would arrive... after 5 days of nothing I called another Vodacom store who said they would do it in store in 3-5 days. So I called store 1 and asked if my phone had been collected which they said it had 2 days ago and I needed to follow up with the repair center in Potch. Who told me they hadn't received my phone yet... I then called store 1 AGAIN, and was starting to get upset, they then gave me a waybill number to call RAM and follow up... So I tried too look up the tracking number... RAM said it didn't exist... in fact they had no orders with the store currently... So no one knew where my phone was... or so I thought...So I called store 1 to talk to the technician who said he'd call Potch and get back to me...3 hours passed... SO I called the store AGAIN like the crazy ex I am and... was hung up on 3 times before a lady ''accidentally'' answered, I asked for the repair agent I had been looking for and she put me on hold.... for a while until I hung up and called back Again... and got the other repair technician... who said yes they have my phone... I asked him if he found it a little suspect that it took 3 days to get my phone to Potch... but 3 hours to get it back... he said he wasn't sure. So I went to pick up my phone when I arrived everyone was nervous because at this point I was furious... so I got my phone and asked to see the waybill... which was several layers thick without a drivers signature... aka... the phone was never collected... and I was lied too...at least this is what I assume happened as everyone I dealt with was suddenly very busy... I asked the technician who was there if he found this suspicious... he gave a very politically correct answer of... He does not know...he was not the technician dealing with my phone... the technician who originally helped me was "in the back very busy"...Please learn from my torment and go somewhere else... PLEASE because, this was awful.
