Review Still waiting for my delivery after a 6 days

I went to postnet on the 29th to ask them to collect my certificate for me at my previous university. Today is the 5th of August am still waiting for my certificate to be delivered whenever I call its one excuse after another. In the process I have missed out on very crucial interviews and applications because my certificate has not been delivered. Even today I still don't know when it will be delivered.
