Review Pathetic service

If the listed 011 831 1141 number does not even ring you must know?! My water meter was replaced and water never connected, job well done! After phoning CoJ countless times and I hear the word 'escalated' being used way to much I have been without water for 24 hours now...so I'm paying for a service I am not receiving! How can the rude installation team just leave without testing the new meter they just installed????????
