Poorly managed chaotic vaccination facility
Grove Nursing’s Covid vaccination facility for Discovery Health at N 1 City is a disgrace. It’s chaotic and unprofessional with no proper oversight by medical professionals. I will do everything in my power to lobby Discovery to improve the poor and unprofessional service.

I agree with you, been there twice.
First time they didn’t accurately log my details on the system so I never got the appointment for my second shot. Had to go there as a “walk in “ then they discovered their mistake, had to fill in forms again!
Said it would be loaded overnight and all would be fixed.
Received sms of my first vaccine plus proof code NOTHING about my second one already done.
Hours and hours spent on hotline only to be told to go to another vaccination venue (appointment to be vaccinated) BUT to tell them that I only want to have my details corrected so I can receive my second vaccine proof code.
Avoid going there!

That means from 6 July to 13 August there was no improvement. I did receive an answer from Discovery about the poor service but I suppose that too is only lip service. Not a word from Grove Nursing.
