I had a bill query with no assistance from Ekurhuleni
I moved at 1 Marian avenue in January 2021 and my installment for my light and water bill was from a R1000 to R1500 and then it kept on increasing to R2000 after 4 months I went at the end of May to inquire at Ekurhuleni with the confirmation of the bill which had Mansfield account number and I try to collect all detail that I think will be help with no help I was told the consultant cannot help me now my bill went up to R3000 as I was advise for July which I don't understand I am not at the premises during the day I really need assistance and clarity if anyone from Ekurhuleni can help me and I have tried to take a photo of a meter number outside and references on my main box in my apartment [06/29, 16:56] Nikita: ********
