Review Meat not fried properly

I bought zinger wings in December 2020 but they werenot nice as they were ot properly fried plus the spice used to fry it was like it was dominated by flour. I bought 9 pieces chicken on Sat (05/06/2021) and again zinger wings yesterday (08/04/2021) and i encountered same issues on both occasions. You really need to improve on this. I have had same experience 3 times already.
