The service we receive from Ms.Fensham is outstanding, however the same cannot be said of all the staff members. I have a problem with your
accounting system. Why does your statements not show a final amount owing? Strange to say the least. I personally don't want to add debits and credits to arrive at the amount due, nor do I want to take your Amount Outstanding as valid. I would appreciate your opinion on the new ?Accounting
System.
