Review Bad service

I'm so not happy with your service order station since February which has been paid for and came to your store your supervisor said she still needs to check if it's valid! But haven't gotten back to me after 3 weeks of waiting for her call I called but she was not on duty got the manager and guess what he doesn't know anything about this problem! My kids don't have stationary till today I'm not happy with your service!
