Review Rude staff member

I placed an order last night, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with the delivery, then I decided to go collect, at the door a came across the guy but the name of Lawrence, he is a bully, and very rude, he refused me to open the door and told me that I am taking chances just by coming to collect my order, the guy is a bully he doesn't deserve working with ppl, other staff members was looking, and feeling helples they looked like they are even scared of him,
