Review Shocking service, fighting for my refund

went in wanting to go darker. was convinced by the stylist to go blonde. I agreed and was clear if I'm going blonde it must be blonde and I don't want any yellow tinge in my hair. I wasn't shown a colour chart was just promised it would be blonde. clearly we have different versions of blonde.... I walked out with my hair bright yellow!!! when I voiced my concerns I was told "any other hairdresser wouldn't have been able to get it that blonde from the colour it previously was" why was that not stated from the start? I've asked for a refund and over a month later im now being ignored and still have not received anything. SHOCKING SERVICE and the worst part is I'm still stuck with yellow hair.
