Absolutely disgusting service, I'm still waiting for my items that weren't delivered from last year, 19 December 2020 and how they are planning to fix my other items that were damaged by their staff. They don't reply to emails and each time you call you are told someone will be handling your matter, but that person never contacts you to inform you of the way forward. They absolutely have no interest, its like they did you a favour by moving your stuff. I will never use them again nor refer my family and friends to them, they are very unprofessional.
