Review Excellent service by Marcellina Jacobs

I went to the bank on Wednesday 24th of Feb 2021. We entered around 14h30 and waited around half an hour for our turn. Shae had to close a junior account, open 2 student accounts and request info on a credit card. When we have finished, it was 16h30. The bank close 15h30.
Marcellina was helpful, making jokes and friendly all the time while she was busy doing all the paperwork. Not once did I feel that she was irritated or in a hurry.
That I would say is EXCELLENT SERVICE!
