My daughter has just returned from Van Schaik Book Store, Boksburg. The female assistant on duty needs to find another form of employment, preferably NOT customer facing. She was extremely rude with exceptionally bad attitude.
My daughter purchased books from this store last year and had a really pleasant experience, so was very disappointed with today's negative encounter.
Please replace this employee with a person who actually wants employment and wishes to serve the customer- there are so many people who are unemployed, so I'm sure she is easily replaceable.
