Review Good connection,TERRIBLE service

I've been using their voucher system for a while now and started experiencing random connection drops where I have no service at all. I flagged the issue to their 'technical team' via Whatsapp and was told they would get back to me when their consultants are available, hours went by and I kept following up but then my messages were left on read and no feedback provided despite my many attempts to reach out to them.
