Review There are no highlights

Service pretty damm poor. Parcel has been out delivery then never arrived then two days later is back at warehouse and has now been there 5 days.. Where was it when it was out for delivery before it was scanned back at warehouse raises many questions. Are your drivers to be trusted since the box may now be empty and retuned.. Why is it still sitting at the warehouse a week later and why the need to lie on the phone when I enquired where is my parcel?
