Review of TECHNI COOL - AIR CONTRACTS (PTY) LTD

after having paid more than R280 000 (more than 80% of quoted prices), we are yet to receive the hot water tank which we had ordered 6 weeks ago.
contrary to payment terms agreed to, which clearly stipulate 60% to be paid in order for installation to take place. Techni-cool is now demanding full payment before installation can take place, creating exceptional risk for us since they keep demanding more money in order to deliver. they are also now refusing to refund our money! this is jeopardising the successful completion of the project by our company. totally unethical.
