Review SURE WAY TO LOSE YOUR MONEY - POOREST SERVICE EVER!

After paying almost R1,500 and being told that a courier would be delivering my licenses to me within 2 or 3 working days, it is now almost two weeks later. When I called to enquire, I was told they "forgot" to allocate my payment and "forgot" to renew my license. They blatantly refuse to reimburse me (my vehicles are both outside the 21 grace-period already) so that I can go take out my own licenses and says they will now start the process, almost two weeks after I paid for it and was told I would receive it within two or three working days. And then still get told that there is a backlog though so I must just wait...since insisting on being refunded, the consultant Dayton avoids my calls or ends it when he hears it's me. The so-called manager, Francois, is also not wanting to speak to me and keeps ending my call. DO NOT USE THIS OUTLET - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY, GET FINE UPON FINE AT ALL THE ROADBLOCKS AND HAVE TO DIG INTO YOUR BUDGET TO GO TAKE OUT YOUR OWN LICENSES ANYWAY, ESPECIALLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR INSURANCE COVER TOO...
