Review Damages caused by the laundry

I took my memory foam mattress to get washed and one of the ladies working there said that they have washed them and I left it there, I get a call 2 days later to be informed that the foam is in pieces and it left it at my own will so there is nothing they can do. I went there, paid them and waited for the owner who vowed to repair the foam I got the back a normal sponge installed that was half the original thickness. Now tell me what is the point of that? What am I supposed to do with a sponge? The owner then tells me that he will not be able to assist me any further.
