Review Request to reverse erroneously transacted R499 made twice

I bought Premier wax on 18 September 2020 in Centurion Gene Avenue from a lady and a gentleman promoting and selling the product at Caltex petrol station. I paid through left using my bank card. The first time the lady said the transaction did go through and transacted the 2nd time and I was told it went through. In the evening I realised R499 transactions went through twice to HB and GH Promotions. I humbly request that one of the R499 transacted be reversed please
