Bendor construction Mnr Booysen, was entrusted in building a extra 2 bedroom house at the back of our house as a second dwelling.
He quoted and we accepted, and this is where all went wrong!
we ask him for a payment scheduled, and he stated that we can pay when he have finished.
Then covid 19 struck and lockdown. He started work again on the 1 June 2020. We have paid him a deposit out of good faith, to start.
He did not arrange for the the bricks nor the cement. Work was delayed. He did not have enough concrete for the foundation, and had to re-order more.

When he finally started stacking bricks, he wanted payment, and is must be paid in 5 days time, other wise work will stop. This when on like this the hole time, and never received payment schedule.

We are now at 95% finished, but there are a lot of problems to sort out. Mnr Booysen have given us the coc for the electrical, but the plug at the gas stove needs to move. The dishwasher plug and the water outlet are to close. The cement floor needs to be sealed and and...

Mnr Booysen want full payment before he continues with the work. He was left the site, and refuse to start if he does not receive full payment, but the work have not been completed, nor have we receive occupation certificate.
He has also threatened to take this case legal and de-register the site by the NHBRC.

We have declared a dispute on this site.

Please guys be very careful, and rather do not use Bendor Construction.
