Review A series of broken promises

Delivered my mower for service. They promised a quote within the day. After 5 days, several calls and another promise later saying the mower was "with the technician and you'll receive the quote shortly" - still no quote. I decided to collect the mower from them. It was clear that the mower had not been touched.
