Review what exactly are you?

ever since you guys deduct in my bank you never gave me any thing that show ive agreed to your services.. and you are only deducting to my account.. where is the credit card with my bank that the agent promised? that i will have? i mean .. the agent was just saying she going to check if i do Qulify all of suden .. you guys are deducting and if you are deducting where is my card to show i am at your service??
