Good day My name is Gerelda Mashinini from Toyota it is very sad how poor is your Cape Town branch Service our parcel was stuck with you from the 12/06/2020 waybill number QOAQT********
I called your branch and they confirmed that the parcel is still with them and then they put me on hold for 10 minutes I dropped the call I wonder what's going to happen now that seriously very poor service because its our Uniform that's in there, and your staff didn't even bother to call back because our details are on the waybill. Very very poor service.
