I was recently at Sandown Clinic, to remove stitches and I was greeted by a very rude man who works at the reception. He was absolutely no help whatsoever, he couldn't tell me when the nurse would be returning from lunch, he couldn't give me the name of the nurse who I was waiting for and he then dismissed us as if he was doing us a favor helping us out.
