Review Unprofessional

The Doctor took a 2 second look at my spider bite infected area, had a diagnosis and prescribed me the most expensive antibiotics possible, telling me that my issue would be resolved in a day or 2. 4 days later the bite area is worse after meds and upon me trying to contact the Doctors office for 4 hours straight I still have not reached anyone to help me. What "fantastic service" and "professionalism". Get new people who know how to answer a phone or a new Doctor who can do his job.
