Review Professionalism

Was having trouble rebooking flights from George to Johannesburg on the phone. Kept getting a repeated message. Went into Harvey's and spoke to Anil Varkey and explained my situation and my need to change my flights. He quickly got onto the airline concerned and managed to rebook my flights for me. His attitude and professionalism were excellent. Without his help I would have struggled to change my flights. A big thank you to him and Harvey's.
