LOST ITEM AND NO ACTION FROM OWNER
I handed in an item for dry cleaning on 10 July 2019, and paid the full dry-cleaning fee upfront. SWAN Dry-Cleaners in Centurion lost my item. Four months later and trying to resolve this with the owner, I don't even have the money paid refunded. The professionalism is shocking and Customer Service extremely poor.
