Review VERY BAD SERVICE

Taneal hung a costly wallpaper that we had bought through our interior designer, who was supplied by Hertex. The wallpaper was an import from France. After speculation, at our dismay, the wallpaper was hung upside down. Taneal blamed Hertex. She never directly had the grace or professionalism to call us and apologise or try to fix the problem that was her fault. Hertex came back and immediately said the installer was at fault. Even with the Interior designer having to re-order the wallpaper, she still never called. I do not recommend her for any job as she is entirely unethical.
