Review HUMP IN LUCY STREET

MC PETHERBRIDGE - NO 1 JUNIPER STR., PRIMROSE, GERMISTON
1) I have a problem with my back driveway into LUCY street. Please find attached photos taken.
Twice already I reverse out and somebody nearly smashes into my car. Once I walk out and I was nearly
rode over. Can’t we just extend the hump before the gate as people are trying to avoid the hump and drive
around it. I had lose poles standing on a concrete footing there and it help for a while till somebody decided
To steal or remove them.
2) My second problem is that VUMA has not removed their rubbish from the corners of Juniper/Lucy street.
It is there now for weeks and it doesn’t seem that they are going to remove it.
3) Is there a way I can get my pavement retared as it is cracked and at the road corners where VUMA worked there is no tar. Must I pay for it?. Is the tared pavements the owners responsibility?
