We have x5 security "Trellidor" units fitted on windows and double doors.
The locks are now becoming inoperable one-by-one at a cost of R800.00 each.
These locks are not abused and used when we are here mainly on weekends when the family are at home. In comparison to the "cheaper" wooden door locks which are used far more regularly.
These "Trellidor" units are supposed to be "Quality" units, they are not your average home fitting and are definitely not a cheap product!
My question is, are "Trellidor" using inferior quality locks to keep revenue/sales up??
