Question for Plascon South Africa (Pty) Ltd:Plascon Spaces Showroom Design Quarter

I have painted a room with one coat of Double Velvet but think I would prefer a more matt finish. For the second coat can I use Cashmere instead without having to use a primer or undercoat?
