An Ayurveda Consultation is approximately 45 min to 60 min in duration. It consists of questions regarding lifestyle, diet & health. During the consultation an Ayurvedic pulse assessment is done, and if need be a physical examination. Thereafter a treatment plan & Ayurveda medicines (If necessary) are advised accordingly.
