Question for S P C A Cradock

Hello to the SPCA in Cradock. My husband and I visited Cradock last weekend and we would like to report something shocking. Just after , we think it was the Water Works building, at the start of the gravel R337 towards Pearston there is a deserted house on the left with a rotting blue painted door and there are pigs being kept in it with no water , shade and they live on broken asbestos rubble. Please can somebody rescue them? Thanks for your attention, please let us know if you are able to re-locate them. You are all angels
