Question for Markham' - Liberty Midlands Mall

.how soon am i going to have my phone back?on the 28th march i handed my black berry z3 there beacause it has some problems and since then till now i havenot have my phone back.can you please tell me the right and legal procedures to follow so to have it back either being fixed or not.
