Question for ABSA Bank - Oakfields Shopping Centre

I provided a letter confirming proof of address to one of the ladies that reside on my property but she was told that this was not acceptable, and hand gestures were made to her . this lady is 87 years old, and I am trying to contact you to find out what you require so that she does not have to come back to the bank but there are not contact numbers at all.!!
